Trump Overturns Biden Administrations Restrictions on Shower Head Water Flow

President Trump made headlines on Wednesday with his decision to change regulations on shower heads. He signed an executive order aimed at increasing water flow from showers, a move that reverses a rule put in place during Barack Obama’s presidency. This action is part of Trump’s ongoing campaign against what he calls weak water pressure.

The executive order directs Energy Secretary Chris Wright to eliminate a definition that limits the amount of water that shower heads can use, particularly those with multiple nozzles. Trump has been vocal about his frustration with low-flow showers, especially in high-rise buildings in New York. He has previously complained that the water pressure is not strong enough to help him style his hair.

During the signing of the order, Trump expressed his dissatisfaction with current shower performance. He stated, “I like to take a nice shower, take care of my beautiful hair. I stand under the shower for 15 minutes until it gets wet. It comes out drip, drip, drip; it’s ridiculous.”

The White House announced that under this new order, showers will no longer be “weak and worthless.” This change reflects Trump’s earlier attempts to boost water flow during his first term, which faced challenges from the Biden administration.

This latest move shows how Trump continues to focus on issues that resonate with his supporters, while also addressing personal grievances. With this executive order, he aims to make showers more powerful, claiming it will improve the experience for many Americans.
