A shooting in South Los Angeles on Saturday night left two men dead and a woman seriously injured. The incident occurred around 6:25 p.m. at the intersection of Florence Avenue and Dalton Avenue.
When police arrived, they found two men in their 20s who had already died from gunshot wounds. A third victim, a woman in her 20s, was also shot and was taken to a local hospital. She is currently in stable condition.
Following the shooting, officers quickly apprehended one suspect nearby. They then set up a perimeter and began searching for two additional suspects. One of these suspects barricaded himself inside the perimeter but was arrested around 3:30 a.m. on Sunday. As of Sunday morning, the police are still looking for the third suspect.
Authorities are investigating whether the shooting is gang-related, but no confirmation has been made yet. The Los Angeles Police Department is continuing its inquiries into the case.
This incident adds to a troubling trend of violence in the area, raising concerns about safety among local residents.
