Several individuals are facing serious legal troubles after being charged with illegal firearm possession and immigration violations. These cases highlight ongoing concerns about illegal immigration and gun possession in the United States.

Another case involves Zoiber Hernandez-Dominguez, a 50-year-old Mexican citizen. He was arrested in Jefferson County, Kentucky, for possessing a firearm while knowing he was unlawfully in the country. His potential sentence could reach 15 years behind bars.
Humberto Avila-Duran, 54, also from Mexico, faces similar charges. He was caught with a firearm in Kentucky and has a history of being removed from the U.S. multiple times, with his last removal occurring in 2020. If convicted, he too could face a maximum of 17 years in prison.
In a separate incident, 28-year-old Humberto Avila-Murillo, another Mexican national, was charged with illegal firearm possession. He could be sentenced to 15 years if convicted.
Edi Diaz-Lopez, a 30-year-old Mexican citizen, has been charged with multiple offenses, including possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine and illegal firearm possession. His case is particularly serious, as he faces a maximum sentence of 40 years if convicted.
Lastly, Alvaro Mandujano-Rodriguez, 32, was charged with illegal firearm possession and reentry after being deported. He was found in the U.S. after previously being denied entry. Like Zuniga-Baca and Avila-Duran, he could face a maximum of 17 years in prison if convicted.
These cases reflect ongoing issues surrounding illegal immigration and firearm regulations, raising questions about safety and enforcement in communities across the country.
