Four Killed, 14 Injured in Drive-By Shooting Near Chicago Nightclub

At least four people lost their lives and 14 others were injured in a drive-by shooting outside a nightclub in Chicago. The incident occurred late Wednesday night as a dark-colored car drove past the venue and opened fire into a crowd.

The shooting happened around 11 PM local time as people were leaving the nightclub after an album release party for rapper Mello Buckzz. Witnesses described the scene as chaotic, with people screaming and blood on the streets. Eyewitness Pastor Donovan Price remarked on the horror of the situation, saying it was unlike anything he had seen before in the city, which has experienced its share of gun violence.

The victims included two men aged 24 and 25, and two women aged 26 and 27, who were pronounced dead after being rushed to various hospitals. Among the injured, at least four are reported to be in critical to serious condition. The police have not yet made any arrests and the vehicle involved in the shooting fled the scene immediately.

In a heartfelt social media post, Mello Buckzz expressed her sorrow and called for prayers for the victims, saying she felt overwhelmed by the tragedy. The identities of the victims have not been released as authorities continue their investigation into this shocking event.
