Three teenagers in Texas are facing serious charges after allegedly trying to kill their mother over a dispute about internet access. The siblings, aged 14, 15, and 16, reportedly became furious when their mother turned off the Wi-Fi, leading to a shocking incident.
On March 23, law enforcement responded to a call about a disturbance at a home on Barkers Crossing Avenue in Houston. When officers arrived, they found that the teens had attempted to stab their mother with kitchen knives. The situation escalated as they chased her through the house and into the street, where one of them threw a brick at her.
According to Harris County Sheriff Ed Gonzalez, the teens coordinated their attack after their mother restricted their internet usage. Their grandmother tried to intervene but was knocked over during the chaos.
Fortunately, neither the mother nor the grandmother suffered serious injuries. The three siblings were arrested and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. They are currently being held at the Harris County Juvenile Detention Center. Due to their ages, no further information about them has been released.
